There is no "best" TD since it's all by preference. Geektime is the Best from what I know. Hontwatch is good and cheaper (but his replies may be slower). Those 2 is what I would recommend. When someone returns a product back to the warehouse, it shouldn't be sold as new anymore, it should mark opened box, and Rep Fitness should describe the condition of the product to their customers to sell at a discount. Hard way: Use your TD of choice to get the rep you like, some research needed to find the Gen part reference numbers for crystal, date, hands etc. Look for a Gen Parts Distributor that can get you the ones you need. If you feel brave you can Franken it yourself or send it to a rep-friendly watch maker to assemble it for you.
